Up for sale is a freshly imported JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) factory right hand drive 1992 Toyota Estima Lucida S 4WD. This van is essentially the same van that was sold here in America as the Toyota Previa All-Trac. The main difference is that this van is narrower than the Previa. This van has four wheel drive so it will do great in inclement weather conditions or on a dusty mountain road for a rural postal route. The van seats 8 people and all of the seats can easily be removed for more storage or hauling packages and mail trays.
The van was legally imported into America and the vin for the van is:
TCR21G-0024547. This van has 169,000 original miles on it. When looking at the interior and exterior you would not think that the van would have this many miles on it because of how clean it looks. The owners in Japan took great care of the Estima and the van comes with the original owners manuals as well as many service records. Also, the previous owners took great care of the interior by keeping the dealer installed seat covers on the van to protect the seats.
I have the JEVIC Certificate for the car (Japan Export Vehicle Inspection Center Co Ltd), this is the company that certifies that the mileage is accurate and original. The van came from the original dealership in Japan with a special fishing package. On the interior roof of the van there are special fishing pole holders and on the outside of the van there is special decals showing that this was a special edition. Also, something that is really convenient about this van is that fact that it comes with a hot and cold box in the front to keep drinks hot or cold while you are out on the road. The van comes with the original spare tire. The tires have 95% tread life left and are basically brand new tires.
The oil and the automatic transmission fluid were changed on the car in Japan before it came to the United States. This van came with the 2.4L Toyota 2TZ-FE four cylinder motor. This little motor while not fast is a workhorse and will easily give you another couple hundred thousand miles if properly maintained. This is the same motor that was put in the Toyota Previa that was sold in America so parts are readily available at your local auto parts store or dealer.
The car was imported legally and has a clean Tennessee title. I picked the vehicle up from the port of Jacksonville and drove the car 8.5 hours back to Tennessee. The van drove very well. The van starts nicely and it does have a new alternator on it that was installed in Japan before coming to the states.
I have all of the paperwork showing how I imported the van from Japan. This would make a great vehicle for a rural postal carrier or someone looking for a camper or beach vehicle. I am asking $6,500. The vehicle is located in southern middle Tennessee, which is:- 1 hour 20 minutes from Chattanooga, TN- 1 hour 30 minutes from Nashville, TN- 3 hours from Atlanta, GA. Please feel free to message me with any questions or if you would like to setup a time to see the vehicle. Thanks for looking!
